My name is Ann Berger and my contact information is below. I’m writing a letter of recommendation for Daisha.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
I’m a 57 year old out of shape mom who frankly doesn’t really like working out (though I am always thankful when I've completed a workout). Daisha somehow drew the short straw and got stuck with being my trainer. From personal experience working with her I can honestly and wholeheartedly recommend her. She has a friendly, up beat and engaging personality. She has a heart of gold and is genuinely a nice, kind soul.
She clearly knows what she is doing - she is a powerhouse for sure! She has a skill that not all trainers have or tap into. She is laser focused on her client and has the ability "to read" the client's strengths and limitations at each session. There were days were she KNEW she could push me further and she did and there were other days she was able to sense my body as not being able to go at full capacity - she always adjusted the workout she had planned based on how I was feeling. She was wonderful about distracting me with conversation to test my limits and always supportive and encouraging. She was always shaking things up so as to keep me engaged and interested. She has a wealth of knowledge about training, nutrition, general health, etc. I will really miss our sessions together but know that she will continue to give 110% to whoever she works with!
I'm out of shape for sure but on Spring Break my friend said "Ann where have you been hiding those legs??" I said I'd been working with a trainer and her reply was "Kudos to your trainer!" (I was a bit miffed she gave me no credit)
